Prepare Required Documents

Prepare the following documents before submitting your Doctoral degree application.

Doctoral Program (Ph.D.)
  • ✔ 4 × 6 Color Photograph (Red Background)
  • ✔ Bachelor's Degree Certificate (S1)
  • ✔ Master's Degree Certificate (S2)
  • ✔ Bachelor's & Master's Academic Transcripts
  • ✔ Passport Cover (minimum 18 months validity)
  • ✔ Health Certificate (Medical Check-Up)
  • ✔ Institutional TOEFL ≥ 500, TOAFL ≥ 450, IELTS ≥ 6.0, or BIPA Certificate
  • ✔ Two Recommendation Letters from previous lecturers/professors
  • ✔ Research Proposal (4–8 pages)
  • ✔ Letter of Permission from employer (if applicable)
  • ✔ Proof of Sufficient Funds (minimum USD 2,000 for the last 3 months)
Important
All documents must be submitted in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Documents issued in other languages must be accompanied by an official translation.
